Thanks to the freely programmable and flexible multiroller roll-forming concept, our Ecomaster tube manufacturing cell does not require interchange tools for roll forming!

Interchange tools in the form of welding rollers are only used in the welding area.

The retooling times for product changeover are around 20 - 30 minutes. This makes the efficient production of short tubes in medium and large batch sizes possible for you.

With Ecomaster the short tubes can be made with cylindrical and oval cross-sections.

Depending on your application and requirements, you can choose between the following welding methods: TIG, CMT, LASER or LASER + cold wire.

Thanks to the use of modern solid-state laser beam sources, our Ecomaster offers you maximum productivity combined with low operating and maintenance costs.

Depending on your application and the downstream processes involved, you can equip your Ecomaster with additional modules such as e.g. a seam annealing station, seam planishing unit or tube marking station. We will be happy to help with the configuration of your Ecomaster.
