High-tech roll bending machine for a fully automated and flexible manufacturing of tubes up to 2000 mm tube length and radius greater than 30 mm
The blank is pushed between the upper and lower roller and the bending process starts. After roll forming, the aligned tube is pushed out of the roll former gap-orientated (weld gap is positioned on a catch bar). As the lower rollers are adjustable in Z and Y direction, the straight section at beginning and end of tube is limited to a minimum.
