7. Deletion and restriction of personal data
Unless otherwise stipulated in this data privacy statement, personal data will be deleted if these data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed and the deletion does not conflict with statutory retention requirements. Additionally, we delete the personal data processed by us on request in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, if the conditions stipulated there are met.
