The DHBW study program focuses not only on basic engineering sciences, but also on business administration expertise and interpersonal skills (ability to work on a team, communication abilities, learning methodologies).
The automation program provides expertise in developing and project management for automated systems in a targeted manner. After the fourth theoretical phase, students will become familiar with current automation equipment, modern software technologies and pioneering bus systems, for example, through specific lectures in the automation field.
Implementing what you have learned in adapted laboratory exercises is a key part of the pedagogical concept. The engineering programme also includes interdisciplinary content like basic economic expertise and project management.
